Terms of Service
The service
Applyd helps users create, review, edit, and manage job application material. It does not submit applications, scrape job boards, or require job-board credentials.
Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account secure, providing accurate information, and reviewing activity performed through your account. You must not attempt to access another user's workspace or bypass product limits.
AI-generated suggestions
AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain responsible for checking and editing every output before use. Applyd must not be used to fabricate employment, education, qualifications, certifications, achievements, or other misleading claims.
Plans and AI credits
Plans include workspace and AI-credit limits. Different generation actions use different numbers of credits. Free credits are a lifetime allowance; paid-plan credits reset monthly under the current product policy. Limits are enforced server-side and are not described as unlimited.
Billing and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are processed through Stripe and renew for the selected monthly or annual interval until cancelled. You can manage cancellation through the Stripe billing portal. Access normally continues until the end of the paid period. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Your content
You retain responsibility for the CV, profile, job, and application content you provide. You allow Applyd to process that content only as needed to operate and secure the service and generate the outputs you request.
Success stories
Sharing a success card is separate from giving Applyd permission to publish a testimonial. Publication requires explicit consent and remains subject to review. You can withdraw that consent from product Settings.
Availability and outcomes
Applyd does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, interviews, offers, or employment outcomes. We may update or discontinue features where necessary, while handling active subscriptions in accordance with applicable law.
